You sent the wrong bearings and there is no response from you after several attempts.
I ordered power brick for B&D Pivot Plus. The old one failed model UA-0901 puts out 9 VAC. New one I got is model ETPCA-P120021U3 which puts out 12 VDC. I sent email to Ereplacements about it and didn't get reply.

I ordered a replacement lid for a specific crockpot and received the wrong part. The return process was too slow and not worth the time since they told me that they didn’t have the actual part I need and couldn’t source it. I was told to call Hamilton beach myself. Hamilton beach is unreachable...a black hole dead end. Total disappointment. Keep my $11. Never using your device again.
Found you on the Internet. Was looking for a dough hook for my food processor. I appreciate your expedition of the item. If I need additional items or service, I'll more than likely go to you again. Haven't had an opportunity to use it at this time. Food processor working great so far.

Advertised 3 parts I wanted were in stock. I placed order and they onky had one. Took multiple emails and to request status and weeks to get part. Seems like some were just ignored.
This is the second time I have used Ereplacementparts for part for my Craftsman lawn tractor. Both times the parts came in good time, well packaged, exact fit and good quality. I will be using them again!
I've always been a fan of holding a product and looking at it in person. Then came the buying online thing and I resisted for a bit. Then realized it's easy to order and have stuff delivered right to my front door without having to go out into the world!
As far as ease of purchasing from theis company, I pretty happy. Other stores including the manufacturer don't have the parts I need. I found this company by accident. Ease of ordering was nice and shipping time was fine. I was bummed that none of the parts were in any kind of packaging to protect them during shipment and the bearings had come out of the plastic bags and were bouncing around against the other metal parts.
I was sent the wrong part (after speaking to a salesman) and I had to pay $7.00 shipping on a $12 part. There should be free return shipping or at least a discount.
Must be a smaller company. I normally support small local vs Amazon, etc. However, phone contact proved impossible. Then I struggled to find Craftsman Router Table inserts. Finally found something I thought would fit (craftsman, same color), ordered it, delay, finally arrived --- only to find it didn't fit. Apparently 3.5" inserts are standard and 3" not available. If you list radius dimensions it is buried several layers deep. Fortunately I could pass the incorrect ones (for me) to someone with bigger, newer router table. Further digging has not been successful
Selected the three day shipping option, ordered on 2/14 arrived on 2/25 due to the use of a third rate shipping known as USPS. Will never use your company again unless I'm assured shipping will be through UPS or Fedex.
I was sent the wrong belts. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong ones. It could be avoided for future customers by updating your descriptions of the products. Being in Alaska, its too much of an inconvenience to send them back and wait another 2-4 weeks for replacements. Again, simplify your product descriptions. Thank you.
I have a twenty year old snow blower and I got the right size belts and they worked great. Would definitely use site again.
My first order was not filled in a month. My second order also took about 5-6 weeks to arrive. Maybe COVID and Christmas were part of the problem, but it seem like it took forever to get the parts. The part worked.

I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.

My zero turn mower started losing power and just wouldn't run right missing and popping and cracking. I found that one of the ignition coil modules was bad and checked replacementparts.com and the price was right and they had my part to me in nothing flat allowing me to get the part installed so my wife can mow without problems again.

After never receiving my parts or a response from eReplacementparts, I purchased my parts from Partwharehouse.com and they arrived right on time.
